Under the Privacy Act, Presbyterian Support East Coast must respond to your records request within 20 working days.
If you were in Hillsbrook Children’s Home they say your request will be prioritised, and you might receive a copy of your records within 10 working days.
If it will take longer than 20 working days to complete your request, under the Privacy Act they need to tell you why and how much longer it will take them.
