Making a complaint can bring up a range of emotions. Learn where you can find support during this process.
You can make a complaint by emailing their Board Chair Stephanie Pettigrew, at stephanie.pettigrew@psotago.org.nz.
In your email, tell them:
The Board Chair will pass your complaint to their Chief Executive Officer to handle.
You will receive a response within ten working days of receiving your complaint, and they will tell you what they are going to do about it within one month.
You might decide to make a complaint to Presbyterian Support Otago if, for example:
The Privacy Commissioner deals with complaints about your rights to access and correct your personal information.
For example, you can complain to the Privacy Commissioner if you are unhappy with Presbyterian Support Otago’s response to your complaint about redacting information from your copy of records without explaining why the details were redacted. The Privacy Commissioner will only look into your complaint if you have already complained to Presbyterian Support Otago.
