Presbyterian Support Otago may give you access to your records within one week of receiving your request.
If they need to search their whole archive, or if they receive your request during a holiday period, it may take two to four weeks.
If it will take longer than 20 working days (about four weeks) to complete your request, under the Privacy Act they need to tell you why and how much longer it will take them.
If you need the records urgently (for example, because of ill-health), let them know so they can prioritise your request.
