OHF will contact you to let you know they received your request and tell you how long they think it might take to find the records you have requested.
You can tell them if you need the records urgently. If you do this, you should normally provide brief reasons for the urgency.
You can ask for them to be sent to you:
Or, you can pick up the printed records from your nearest OHF Service Centreopen_in_new (bring some photo ID with you).
You will usually not be charged printing costs.
In some circumstances, a copy of the records can also be sent to someone you have chosen to receive them on your behalf. This can be printed copies by post or digitally.
