If there is someone you trust who is not in prison and who is willing to do it for you, you can give them the authority to request your records or claim redress on your behalf.
The process for giving someone the authority to act on your behalf varies depending on the organisation. The person making the request for you, can visit the Kōnae website to find out what the process is for a particular organisation.
The organisation will probably ask for proof that the person making the request on your behalf has the authority. For example, you may have to fill out a form and send it to them.
