Within about two weeks after you have registered for the redress programme, a Redress Facilitator will contact you to help you apply for the Redress Programme. This includes gathering information about your time at Dilworth and how it affected you and your whānau.
They can travel to you and meet you at a time and place that suits you.
The Redress Facilitator will then write a report and give you a copy. If you agree with what's in the report, they will give it to an independent panel called the Dilworth Independent Redress Panel.
