The Marist Brothers do not hold individual school records. But they hold records such as school magazines.If your complaint is about sexual abuse from a clergy or religious member, PSO will refer it to the National Office for Professional Standards (NOPS). Or you can share directly to NOPS.

With your consent, NOPS will also refer your complaint to the Police.
PSO will look into complaints about sexual abuse by a non-religious member, and complaints about physical, emotional or neglectful abuse.
NOPS or the Marist Brothers PSO will appoint an independent investigator to look into your complaint.
During this process NOPS or the Marist Brothers PSO can also offer you pastoral care and access to ACC-accredited services (for example, counselling and therapy).
