Silverstream College Board of Proprietors is proprietor of school. At integration, governance became the responsibility of the Board of Governors 31/03/1983-30/09/1989, Board of Trustees 1/10/1989-present. The Society of Mary staffed the school with management devolved to Rector 1931-1983. An Advisory Board (unincorporated) existed c.1977-1993, when its functions were taken over by the Trust Board. From integration, the Society of Mary offered staff to the school 1983-2000. The Board of Governors/Board of Trustees were responsible for appointments. A lay principal was appointed in 1994. Boarding facilities for boys operational 1931-present."
