Diocese of Dunedin - 1969-present: Original Agreement the Diocese was responsible for all captial expenditure and the Rosminians for all repairs, maintenance, insurance etc.
When St Peter's was integrated in1984 it came under two responsibilities:
Nga Whaea Atawhai o Aotearoa Sisters of Mercy New Zealand - 1969-1986: Provided staff for the school, including a 'senior mistress'
Institute of Charity - 1969-1986: Management of school & boarding hostel. Provided staff for the school, including principals.
The boarding facility, Rosmini House, housed pupils from St Peter's and neighbouring Maruawai College (formerly Gore High School). It was operated by a charitable trust. Rosmini House closed in 2025.
St Peter's held a contract to provide alternative education for the Otago/Southland region 2013 - 2022, 2024-present.
