Dunedin Resource Centre operated from two locations - the old Dunedin Boys' Home at Lookout Point and a property at Hillhead which was purpose built and designed to cater for care and protection needs for children, young people and their families.
It's unclear how long Dunedin Resource Centre operated at these sites, though it appears that only Puketai Care and Protection Residence is still operating (as at 2024)
